
Terms and conditions of service of SURGE~’s webstore. (Valid for non-Brazilian territory)
Political condition of payment, prices, as well as all terms and conditions of service may be changed without notice.
Term and Shipping
The estimated time for delivery of the products will be 33 working days after confirmation of payment for the entire world. This is an estimated time frame considering the time of posting and the amount of time the service delivery adopted by the site (Economical Document of Brazilian Postal Corporation “Correios”). The delivery time may vary and the store will not be responsible for delays.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Stock availability
All products displayed in the store as " Subject to stock availability" may be sold out at time of order. If this happens, the customer will receive an e-mail stating the unavailability of the product and the estimated time for it to be available again. It may never be available again. If the customer receives the invoice, it automatically confirms the availability and selected item / items reserve(s).
Payment
The invoice is sent by PayPal ® system and everything related to sending the invoice, receipt, payment, security, privacy, among others, are ruled by the terms and policies of PayPal ®
According to the PayPal ® customer can pay in one of two ways:
- Using a PayPal account
- By credit or debit card, check or bank transfer.
The product will be sent within 3 days after payment confirmation.
Exchanges and Returns
Check carefully all product at time of delivery. Make sure that the product you're getting is actually the one you requested. If any of the assumptions below, refuse receipt of the product:
Packaging opened or damaged;
Defective product;
Product not in accordance with the request;
Lack of accessories.
We offer our customers only high quality products, we seek partnerships with the best suppliers in the market, thereby providing assurance, validity and reliability of the products marketed. To make more transparent the relationship we created the policy of exchanges and returns;
In cases of withdrawal or regret the purchase:
The deadline to withdraw from the purchase of the product is up to seven calendar days from the date of receipt;
Send an email to surgeoutstore@gmail.com detailing the reason for the withdrawal or regret.
After our answer by e-mail, the product must be sent in their original packaging, no signs of use, without violating the manufacturer's original seal, together with all its accessories. If the product is shipped with some evidence of use or any missing item we will inform the customer via email about it and the customer will need to make the payment of a new freight shipment, plus all fees set by PayPal ® for the financial transaction.
We will send back the product back within 3 days after payment confirmation of the new shipping. The return shipping is always paid by the customer. Any import duties, taxes, and charges at this process are the buyer's responsibility.
We do not refund money, then the customer may request other products of equivalent value.
In the case of product defects:
The exchange of defective products must be requested through the surgeoutstore@gmail.com, within 30 days after receiving the request. This way we will send the replacement instructions by email.
The deadline to post the goods to be returned is 07 calendar days after receipt of the instructions, within its original packaging. If there is evidence of defective due to misuse, or if the product is not accompanied by all its accessories and parts, the return will not be accepted and the product is sent back to the return address upon payment of a new freight by the customer, which once found their payment, the product will be returned within 3 business days. Any import duties, taxes, and charges at this process are the buyer's responsibility.
In case of defective product, freight expenses will be paid by the customer. Being found manufacturing defect in the product, such amount will be refunded to the customer and a new product will be shipped.
In the case of CD's or DVD's, we kindly ask the client to perform tests on other cd players or dvd players if they are not played on a specific device. If the media is playing normally on another device, will not be considered defective CD or DVD.
Any legal disputes that may result from this relationship will be settled in court of the district of Belo Horizonte – Minas Gerais - Brazil.
